Our first food truck of the year will be CheezyLicious. Please come out and support these local businesses so that we can keep having these events.
Montabella Annual Yard Sale
Friday, June 5th to Saturday, June 6th, 9:00 AM
The HOA will provide signs at the entrances to the development and will put an add in the local paper

Doanville's Food Truck. Please come out and support these local businesses so that we can continue to bring them to the neighborhood.
Ice Cream Social
Wednesday, July 15th, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montabella Cul-de-Sac
Country Cone will be set up in the Cul-de-sac on Montabella. Come out an enjoy an ice cream on the HOA.
